About 1680 Russian soldiers have been killed or wounded inUkraine over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of enemy casualtiesto 690,720 since the start of the full-scale invasionof Ukraine, the General Staff reported on Facebook on Oct. 28.
A staggering amount of Russian military equipment has been destroyed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including:
On Oct. 11, the deputy head of Ukraine's mission to the OSCE said that the Russian army loses one soldier for every 2.5 square meters of occupied Ukrainian territory.
On the same day the BBC Russian Service reported that the elite 155th Marine Brigade of the Russian Pacific Fleet had lost approximately 80% of its forces in Ukraine.
