Catherine "Cathy Jo" Goggles passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by family and friends on October 7, 2024. A visitation will be held from 7p.m. to 9p.m, at Blue Sky Hall with an All-Night Wake to follow at #68 Chief Black Coal Circle, Arapahoe, Wyoming. Funeral Services will be held at 10 am, Monday, October 14, 2024, at Blue Sky Hall with a burial to follow at Oldman Cemetery, Ethete, Wyoming. With a feast to follow.
Cathy Jo was born May 14, 1969 in Lander, Wyoming to Rupert "Ducky" Goggles Sr. and Iris Oldman. Her Indian name is SeiCowo' "Running Woman". She attended and graduated from Wyoming Indian High School. After high school Cathy Jo became a caregiver to all of those who needed her help. Cathy Jo worked at numerous jobs. She loved being around her grandchildren, she loved to cook, she enjoyed going to the casinos, she loved spending time with all of her sisters. Cathy Jo was best known for her joking and terrorizing with everyone she knew. She strongly believed in the Arapaho traditions. Honorary Pallbearers: All of her brothers.
